E3 is a public benefit organisation that was born in Mbombela, Mpumalanga over countless cups of caffeine-fuelled discussions about South Africa, the future of her youth, and how we could possibly make a difference. After all, a positive future needs our brightest young sparks to prosper and ignite positive change.
Twenty plus years of experience in the academic and development sectors, a firm belief in the inherent potential of all human beings, and a sense of confidence in the untapped talents of youth and their ability to effect positive change provided us with the foundation for E3.

- Educate – practical, interactive training sessions provide you with the basic tools for further study, employment applications and business readiness.
- Empower – your self-directed learning journey empowers you to take charge of the specific outcomes you wish to achieve as you build your personal success portfolio and your “fit for purpose” personal and/or business development network.
- Enlighten – our collaborative whole person learning approach promotes critical thinking, self-awareness, mindful living and a “pay it forward” attitude that is reinforced through interactive personal growth workshops with inspirational thought leaders and passionate professionals.
